The Christmas and Candles Shop is located on the serene and picturesque bank of the Little Pigeon River in The Apple Barn Village, directly off the parkway in Sevierville. As you step inside our 6000 square foot store, you will be greeted by glittering lights, beautifully decorated Christmas trees, holiday decorations and the tantalizing aroma of freshly poured candles. We pride ourselves on offering a unique assortment of products, all merchandised in a fun yet organized manner, for a great shopping adventure. Our mission is to provide a fun and pleasurable shopping experience for customers of all ages. As you stroll through the shop, you will be accompanied by softly playing Gospel, Christmas and Country music. Walk thru our faith inspired section for a large selection of nativities, angels and crosses. Mosey on thru the western section, complete with cowboy boot stockings and horse ornaments. Turn the corner and you are greeted by an array of cheerful snowman and winter themed ornaments. Who can visit the Great Smoky Mountains and not hope to see a black bear? If you missed the real ones, pick up a stuffed bear in our lodge section, along with a collection of hunting and fishing ornaments. Many other themes are also available.
Our Candle Department features hand mixed and poured candles made right here in our store from the finest ingredients. Chose from over 30 fragrances, including seasonal scents such as Holiday Cheer and Autumn Harvest. Our fabulous Apple Barn Collection offers six apple scented varieties ranging from spicy Apple Jack to the softer, clean scent of Macintosh Apple, available in three sizes, as well as warming wax for use in candle warmers.
For the sportsman in your family we recently expanded our assortment of collegiate products to include many new and unique items, including clocks, signs, books and ornaments. We also continue to carry a great assortment of hunting and fishing inspired products including old favorites and great new pieces. The Christmas & Candle Shop at the Apple Barn opened its doors Labor Day weekend in 1999. The addition of the Christmas and Candle Shop provides visitors another great shopping experience to the unique and family friendly Apple Barn complex of stores and restaurants including The Apple Barn Winery, The Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant ,Applewood Grill , The Creamery , The Candy Store and of course The Apple Barn and Cider Mill.
